When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

This means we will continue to show ads to you across the internet, specifically on the Google Content Network (GCN). As always we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Google’s or any other 3rd party remarketing system.

PRICING

All pricing worldwide is in USD. Orders shipping to a California address are subject to 9% Sales tax. The Beach People reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

The Beach People Online uses IP Address based Geo-Location to show location based pricing and charges. This affects currency selection and taxes. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, TBP reserves the right to cancel the order or charge the excess due to the result of the scenario.

ORDERING

We currently ONLY support orders with billing and shipping address within the United States and Canada.

SHIPPING

# We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

# Your order will be dispatched within two business days.

# Orders are shipped via Fedex.

# Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Fedex. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

# Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

# If the product was marked with ‘pre-order’ your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch.

U.S. DELIVERY COST AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We process and ship Monday to Friday. All U.S. orders placed that request express post before 11 am (PST) will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise, it will be dispatched next business day.

CANADA DELIVERY COST AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All Canada orders placed that request express post before 11 am (PST) will be dispatched on the same day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES

Express Shipping method $55. Estimated Delivery Times 5-10 business days.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider for your country. The Beach People will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

When shopping with thebeachpeopleco.com, you are entitled to a cancellation period of 14 days and we always offer you to return it within 14 days. You may read more about it in our sales and delivery conditions here.

FAULTY ITEMS

All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty The Beach People will replace the goods. You have up to thirty (30) days, from the date your order arrives, to notify The Beach People about an issue with your purchase.

CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible customs charges if applicable.

COUPONS

Offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts unless otherwise advertised. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction only. Offer applies to pre-tax merchandise only (excluding shipping charges).
