Welcome to The Beach People. When you choose to purchase our product, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

30 Days: Return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Terms and Conditions:

Returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit. Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns.

If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honoured if requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit only.

The 30-day guarantee window applies to the date of delivery.

Please allow up to 1 week from receipt of your return for the refund to be applied to your credit card or account. The Beach People is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns that are not shipped using pre-paid The Beach People shipping labels.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our manufacturers, The Beach People have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Beach People also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Beach People will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES
Only one promotional code can be used per order at the checkout. Our Platform will not allow for the use of more than one code to be utilized. Please note: Gift Cards can still be used when a discount / promotional code has been used.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with The Beach People, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Beach People retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Our Contract

• When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

• Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment

• Payment Our website accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, and AfterPay. Once your credit card has been validated, upon clicking “PLACE ORDER” we will debit your credit card immediately for the full order amount.

• Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.
• The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
• Only one code may be used at any one time

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are issued as e-gift cards that are sent in an email. Gift cards are issued in specific currencies, for example, an e-gift card issued in the United States is only redeemable on our U.S website. They are not redeemable for cash or traveller's cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. The gift card expires twelve months from the date purchase. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. The Beach People disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
